SDWAN Dedicated Line
Weiyunteng provides SDWAN dedicated cross-border lines for outbound businesses that depend on stable access — e-commerce back offices and overseas site operations — with circuits specified by region and bandwidth.
Cut the latency and packet loss out of cross-border access
Built for cross-border e-commerce, overseas ad buying and support teams who live inside overseas systems all day. Public egress congests at peak: price changes, uploads and dashboards all spin. A dedicated line turns "can we connect" into "it feels local".
What we deliver
- Dedicated cross-border access: local access to the backbone, optimised to the target region.
- Application-level routing: back offices and ad platforms on the line, browsing local.
- Low latency and loss: typical cases cut 300ms-class latency to under 90ms.
- Static egress IP: easier allow-listing, fewer risk-control false positives.
- Traceable and compliant: describable links, loggable traffic.

Circuit types compared (quotation on request)
| Type | Latency | Stability | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public acceleration | Varies, worse at peak | Fair | Occasional lookup |
| Dedicated line | Stable and low | High | Back office, ad buying |
| Line plus backup | Failover capable | Very high | Campaigns, live support |
How we work
- Scoping (1–2 working days): the overseas systems and the hours you use them.
- Circuit design (2–3 working days): access point, bandwidth, routing rules.
- Provisioning (3–10 working days): configuration, measured latency and loss.
- Tuning (ongoing): queues set from real traffic, quality reports.
When this fits
① Dashboards spin during a price change and you miss the volume window; ② uploads to an overseas back office keep failing; ③ support calls break up and customers notice.
SDWAN dedicated line: common questions
Q: Can you guarantee latency below a fixed number?
A: Baselines differ by region. The proposal states the measured range for that region and weekly reports follow activation, so we do not commit to one figure.
Q: Do several users compete for bandwidth?
A: Application-level queues prioritise critical traffic, so downloads do not crowd it out.
Q: Is moving office a problem?
A: The appliance moves with you; one configuration change usually restores service the same day.
Test real business traffic first — speak to a consultant.
Q: The back office keeps stalling — is bandwidth too low?
A: Usually it is loss and latency on the cross-border path rather than bandwidth; check loss rate and round-trip time first.
Q: Can a dedicated line and a VPN coexist?
A: Yes. Critical traffic on the line, general traffic on the VPN, split by priority.
Q: How many terminals can one line carry?
A: It depends on bandwidth and concurrent work; we assess terminal count and dominant applications, then recommend a configuration.
Q: How much bandwidth can we get?
A: Bandwidth is sized by circuit and traffic profile; the proposal states the available tiers for your route.
Q: Is work needed at both ends?
A: Yes, both ends need installation and commissioning; the schedule is coordinated after the survey.
Q: Is the equipment included in the fee?
A: Equipment and access are quoted as part of the circuit; the breakdown is itemised in the proposal.
Q: What happens if the line drops?
A: Monitoring raises an alert, and the backup path takes over where a backup is provisioned; response follows the agreed service terms.
Q: Dedicated line or SDWAN networking — how do we choose?
A: A dedicated line gives one fixed path with predictable latency for a single site pair; SDWAN connects several branches and schedules multiple links. Choose the line for a single critical path, SDWAN for many sites.
